Pre-ejaculation still contains millions of sperm... so yes, it can get you pregnant... USE A CONDOM if you don't want a baby. Obviously.

pre-*** still has sperm in it and is just as high a chance of getting pregnant as when he comes normally in you.

don't take chances, use condoms or get the morning after pill.
