We engage in threesomes, and are contemplating trying open marriage.
Problem is, I am far more experimental than he is, and I want to try other things as well like more swingers, groups, etc.
Mostly our marriage and sex life is great, but this is starting to become as issue. Any advice please?

Talk to him and set up the ground rules. If he vetos everything you suggest, you might not be compatible.

It sounds like he's open to a lot of things. Maybe your pushing the open marriage on him to hard and it's making him uncomfortable. If you ease up a little and let him come around to it at his own pace you'll have better chances of getting what you want. I wish you luck.

This is something that has to be settled between you and him. You need to sit him down at dinner and discuss and form ground rules. What the two of you agree to is between you. He may be okay with everything but you just have to lay it on the line about your fantasies and desires. If he says no to something, you may want to stay within the guidelines for a while until more trust is built up. Then after a period of time, you can discuss more options. If you wanted to be a swinger, then why did you get married? You would not have had the problems and issues you have now. But talk to him and get his feelings on each subject. He may be more open to clubs and groups and thing than you might think.

Apparently your husband wants to only go so far in his sexual exploits such as the 3-somes. If you need more sexual stimulation such as swingers and groups, maybe you have a sexual addiction problem. But you need to respect your husband's comfort zone in how far he would like to take things. If you need more experimentation, and he is not comfortable with it, either you need to get some counseling about your high sexual appetite, or set each other free so you can have the freedom to participate in whatever you like. I agree with the other person who said, what is the point of being married if you want multiple partners.

I would refrain from Open Marriage as it is too risky. Same with threesomes. Have you tried visiting strip clubs together or getting strippers to come to your house? This way you can have the same excitement without all the trust issues associated with open marriage or threesomes.
