I'll do it step-by-step:

It's 11. Remember the order of operations, a.k.a. PEMDAS:

Parentheses, Exponents, Multiplications and Division, Addition and Subtraction.

There are no parentheses or exponents, so we first do Multiplication AND Division in the order they appear, giving us:

2+(((3*10)/5)*3)-9=
2+((30/5)*3)-9=
2+(6*3)-9=
2+18-9=
20-9=
11

2 + 3 x 10/5 x 3 - 9
= 2 + 30/15 - 9
= 32/6
= 5 2/6 = 5 1/3

or

2 + 3 x 10 ÷ 5 x 3 - 9
= 2 + 30 ÷ 5 x 3 - 9
= 2 + 6 x 3 - 9
= 2 + 18 - 9
= 20 - 9
= 11
