I need info ASAP! 2008 is in 20 minutes and I found some
3-year-old fireworks from Fourth of July in 2005!

If they've been stored well....and if its legal to do so in your community....well, they're probably not fatally dangerous. Gunpowder and the pyrotechnics in fireworks do change over time, though, and can become unstable and even more dangerous. If you have any doubts, or if its illegal anyway, better to find out where to dispose of hazardous materials in your area and take them there. Make that your 1st New Year's Resolution: "I will not do something illegal or stupid involving fireworks and will get them disposed of properly!"
