Guys think I'm too smart. When I say something I always get, "Stop using such big words" and "You're such a nerd."
I've heard that a lot of them find it attractive particularly when I argue about politics or have something 'intelligent' to say.
The majority of guys I know say I'm gorgeous but just too smart. I like being intelligent. Do you find it bad?

Oh, well, I'm hoping to study medicine at University and I know not to allow any guys to change that.

I find it stimulating , unless you are just being a jerk to show how smart you are , but I don't think you are doing that .

i love intelligence in a girl, those are the only chicks i like (to go out with, i'll **** any hot chick)
but it really depends, using big words doesn't make u smart, and acting smart or getting good grades doesn't make u smart.
i just find plain intelligence attractive, but intelligence alone is never enough. never.

Yes they do. Why? Only GOD knows.
I have that same problem some times, especially when debating something or having rational conversation with others.
Is it a bad thing, NO, I'd rather be smart enough to be able to have a descent conversation with others than to have sit around and look foolish when someone says something and I dont have a clue as to what they are talking about!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OR AS THE KIDS SAY--DUH

I'm a woman, not a guy, but I'm an older woman, so if you don't mind, may I make a suggestion?
It's wonderful that you have been gifted with intelligence. Also realize that people have egos...men as well as women....and if we have excelled in certain things, we need to be sensitive to others who may not be as smart.
Don't try and show off how smart you are, don't try to one-up a guy, don't try to "win" arguments every time. I'm not saying you are doing this....but perhaps this is why you are getting some negative feedback. It's not necessary to pretend you're not smart...it is necessary to be humble and not show off.

well it is because of the mind ofus male of being alittle betta than the female counter parts
but you being smart and gorgeous it shouldnt be any sort of problem

Not at all.
I married a smart girl, and told her I was attracted because she 'uses her head for something better than a hatrack'.
Weak attempt @ humor, but she got it.
The only time smarts are a downside is when the female uses it to degrade non-females, like "Men - they don't understand" or something to that effect.
Other than that, it's all good!

No, it's not bad at all -- as long as you are intelligent enough to stay within bounds, taking care not to 'overstep' and 'intimidate' the lesser people around!

I won't date a girl unless I can have a conversation with her. If she's more intelligent or learned than me... then DAMN that's hot!
Some guys do find it intimidating. A lot of guys do... you just need to find a guy who has some guts and appreciates a smart woman.
