Download the demo game and see if it works before you buy it. As you do have a fast system with good video card. I have older DELLfor business and it can play these type of games well not the one you have but you have better specs.

Everything is good exept the graphics card... youll probably have trouble there. Try LOWEST settings and you may get by

no. crysis is vista only. besides that is a laptop for business not gaming.

the video card will prob have major issues! its not fast enough, you have plenty of ram for the applications and your processor is fast enough, but your kicker is your video card!
