I don't think it means anything. If the baby moves it is just because they have been stimulated by the touch or its coincidental, they have no idea who on earth the person touching it was so they can't say they would or wouldn't like them.

As for they hiccups, that is caused by the baby swallowing the amniotic fluid (all babies do). Mine, especially the first, got them all the time and it drove me mad!!!

Best of luck

I don't think it means anything when someone touches your tummy... however, my son does start hopping around every evening when I get home from work and my husband starts talking to him.

It may also have something to do with people who make you happy. If someone makes you feel good and gives you a little happy bump it may stimulate the baby as well.

thinking is alot you have to do right now because when your little one arrives you won't have time to think. Start writing down a journal of what and when the baby is more active, it is not olny fun but useful later after the baby is here. right now touch could be like or dislike, many times you can tell if you rub your stomach and the baby stays in that place and becomes active like being tickled. Also you will know who's voices sooth the baby and who's do not. I "think" it wndwerful when you feel movement as you are reassured the baby is doing well. God Bless and enjoy this quiet time with your little one inside, soon enough the busy times and lack of sleep will be here.
