There are so many things that this can be. The best thing to do to insure his good health and for your peace of mind is to have him checked out by a physician. Until you are able to do that if you call your local hospital and ask for an "Ask a nurse" number in your area an expert can give you proffesional guidance.

I suggest taking your son to the nearest walk in clinic for an evaluation. Because he's had the pain for more than one month I doubt that it has anything to do with his appendix but only a doctor will be able to tell you that. Good luck.

Take him to the doctor NOW! It could be an appendicitis. That means his appendix can explode. Take him to emergency or a doctor. Get him in Now im not even kidding. My cousins appendix exploded in side of her and it was the worst pain ever.

It could be appendicitis, but if he's had it for a month then that's kind of unlikely. It could be many things, but you should definitely take him to a doctor and get him to check it out in case it is something serious.
