I flew a 1947 Cessna 140 under the Pedernales bridge west of Austin, Texas. I sold the old bird a short while after when I realized it was taking me too far over the edge to get cheap thrills.

Oh Roseann I love it! You are the only other female that I've ever read that has done this on here besides me. I used to drag race my 57' Chevy all of the time. I was young and married at the time and my husband put the floor shift in backwards . It was a riot. I called him one day from the other side of the city and told him that I had thrown another
transmission. He just laughed, came and got me, the car and put in another one. He and his brother were very involved with the NHRA at the time. ( National Hot Rod Assoc.) Fun times.

I hung at the beach all summer, we where there every morning by 9 so we would get a good spot on the rocks. The guys would dive off the rocks into Lake Michigan,(Chicago) I was a good diver in my younger days!! This one guy dared me to go off the rocks and I did, when I came up there was this boat in my face, I thought I was gonna get killed. But I got out of that water acting so cool. But my heart was in my mouth and I never did that again.

I was the only one who had already turned 16 in my chaperoned trip with five friends Spring Break. We talked the mothers into letting me drive to the Pavillion and back, where the older teens gathered with music. One of us had a brainstorm, to let age-jealousy run wild. We bought water guns, filled them with icewater from a service station, laid flat in the station wagon with the windows down, flew up and shot the pretty older girls wearing halters with sunburn in the stomach, causing shrieks and threats.

Went skinny dipping with some friends in the reservoir at night. There was the possibility we could get caught. So that there was no car to give us away, we were dropped off and picked up later. And when we were dropped off, we didn't have our clothes. There was 5 of us guys and 1 girl.
