Try a light peach-y blush, swept up along your cheekbones and blended in well.
On your eyes, use a dark brown pencil to line the lower rims and then take a turquoise powder shadow, which is less intense, across your whole lids. In the inner corner of your eyes, put a little bit of a shimmery white powder, which will open them up a bit. Follow up with some brown mascara.
Leave your lips neutral, not even gloss, or it'll be too much.
That's a good night look.
For school, or just hanging out....
Again, with the brown eyeliner, but this time line the top lid as well, very lightly, and use a minty green colour swept across your whole lid, and at the outer corners use a darker green. Then again add some dark brown mascara to curled lashes.
For cheeks, just use a neutral pale pink swept on the apples and up to your temples. Try a light apricot colour for your lips, cream based.
Always make sure to moisturize!

Stick to beige skin tones for your base, translucent powder if you were any, pinkish to light tan blushes. On your eyes, you could switch between blues, purples, greens and a few neutral browns with any color liner. I would still stick with the black mascara also. :)

Sandy beige foundation, medium transulent powder, eyeshadow that is plumb colored, or brown, eyeliner that is plumb or dark brown, plumb brings out green eyes. Blush that is mauve, or peachy pink, sometimes I use 2 blushes and blend them together. Nuetral lip liner with lighter pinkish or Lt. beige lip gloss. And for mascara drk. brown, or black. Please do not use BLUE eyeshadow, it is so ugly. And dont cover your freckles, they are so cute.

With that colouring you've got a whole world of colour to choose from.
If you want something everyday to highlight your features, I'd go with soft brown and maybe a little pinkish-brown (a kind of mushroom colour)?
If you want to bring out the blue in your eyes, try for a more coppery brown.
If you want to bring out the green, a soft mossy green colour may bring that out.
If your skin is beige rather than pinkish, you probably suit warm tones... but neutrals are always safe. If you go more dramatic, darker tones, and softer for everyday. If you want to enhance your freckles, try matching your eyeshadow to the shade of your freckles. That looks really beautiful on some people.
Basically... experiment, see what works for you. It's kind of fun!
