√( 4x² + 4y² )
= √ 4( x² + y² )
= √4 * √( x² + y² )
= 2√( x² + y² )

√( x² - 6x + 9)
= √(x - 3)²
= x - 3

³√( a³ + 3a²b + 3ab² + b³ )
= ³√ ( a + b )³
= a + b

√( 12a/x² + 4b/x )
= √( 12a + 4bx ) / x²
= √4( 3a + bx ) / √x²
= 2√( 3a + bx ) / x

1.) √(4x²+4y²) = 2√(x²+y²)
2.) √(x²-6x+9) = a - 3
3.) ³√(a³+3a² b+3ab² +b ³) = a + b
4.) √12a/x² + 4b/x = (2/x)√(3a + bx)
