dallas coach is terrific, u kiddin me...its his first year and already his team is the best in the nfc...unlike miami's coach...which is his first year also and 1-15

I think Dallas does not really need to change anything. Wade Phillips is an ok coach. Jason Garrett or whatever his name is could be a good future head coach. If I was Dallas I would try to keep him maybe promote him later.

Well, the owner is the owner until he decides to sell the team...and I doubt Jerry Jones will sell the Cowboys when they are contending for Super Bowls...but as far as coaching, there is no way that Wade Phillips is a long term answer for anyone...He sucked in Denver with Elway...and in Buffalo...I suspect they'll be back to being mediocre Cowboys next year...

Jerry Jones is a great owner.
As for coach let's see what Wade can do in the playoffs this year. With a healthy T.O. and Terry Glen then Jason Witten. Who do you cover, I hope Garret stays with the Cowboys.
