Another form of arthritis is the Rheumatoid arthritis (RA). It is quite different from the other forms of arthritis; it is characterized by the inflammation of knuckles and joints. Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease that means defense system of body does not work properly to protect the body and body is attacking itself literally causing fatigue, loss of appetite and even fever. People with RA have swollen, red, painful and stiff joints.
People with Rheumatoid arthritis are the most desperate to find out the remedy for this painful condition. Other than the medication, there are some dietary factors that have the healing potential. In addition to dietary suggestions, certain exercises and weight loss programs can also provide relief from the discomfort.
Dietary Suggestions:
Ginger root and Omega-3 fatty acids are believed to relieve the pain which is associated with arthritis.
Basically, arthritis is the inflammation of joint. Inflammation is a condition of redness, swelling, pain, tenderness, heat and disturbed function of an area of the body due to the reaction of the tissues of the body to injurious and foreign harmful agents. Foods containing omega-3 fatty acids are considered to exert anti-inflammatory activity that helps in decreasing the inflammation. Thereby, help in improving the pain and other conditions.
The best source of omega-3 fatty acids is fish oil. Other may include dried beans, broccoli, canola oil, Chinese greens, flaxseed oil, ground flaxseeds, kale, legumes, salad greens, soybeans, soy milk, soy oil, tofu, walnut oil, walnuts, and wheat germ. Eating fish is the part of healthy diet and half pound of fish per day can do the trick for the arthritis patients.
Ginger root is another option that has a long history of use for the Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid arthritis. Ginger not only helps in reducing inflammation but it also improves the functioning of digestive system by increasing the blood flow to the stomach. In this way, it does not cause any stomach irritation. It provides relief by inhibiting the enzyme causing inflammation.
Best of luck!

Imagine for a moment your arthritis completely vanishing right now.

If, in a moment, your pain and stiffness melted away. And your joints all of a sudden functioned like a well-oiled machine.

Like a magic wand was waived, you'd be able to jump up from your chair and run around the room like a kid.

And imagine that you'd never have to suffer as much as a pinch of arthritis stiffness or pain ever again.

I know this sounds impossible right now, but bear with me, because sometimes miracles happen.

It was a gift from a woman on the other side of the world. From the kindness of her heart, she took pity on my suffering and taught me how to completely reverse my arthritis.

Today, I want to do the same for you!

First you need a diagnosis, see a Rheumatologist. They will then devise a program of treatment, the latest biological treatment, PT and Occupational Therapy. Rheumatoid Arthritis needs specialized treatment, if you wish to remain mobile. The Rheumatologist will also suggest natural supplements to take. Good Luck

There is no cure for RA. Some people get relief from large doses of fish oil. Large doses like 10 to 12 grams daily has been shown to reduce the inflammatory process. This may help keep the condition in check, slow its progress, reduce pain but it will not cure it.
