i've seen that ad so many times and i can't get through the first 3 seconds before i start crying. i wish i could give them all homes...the look in their eyes, it's beyond description....

Just sat and bawled my eyes out. Over here in the UK, the RSPCA have run similar adverts which get me crying too - I just can't understand how people can be cruel to poor defenceless animals (and children too!!) X

It IS sad! I don't think that they need to go to those extremes over National Television. My 2 kids can't even watch the commercial! They walk out of the rooom or I just change the channel!
People are well aware of pets who are abused, so the ASPCA doesn't need to push the message coming across the way they do!
It would do a great service for them to cut off from showing it in the new year!

I cry like a baby everytime I see that. then I have to go hug my cats and fill their food bowl. Poor babies.
