Most people are very serious about their own "frivolous intentions." They usually remain so until "death do they part." Lmao. People always put said intentions above all else in their own lives. I suppose it would just be human nature that they would do such. I can't imagine a world where a human possibly stray from the ridiculousness that is our very own nature. It would be interesting to see what such a world would look like and what would become of humans.

Very serious if they want to put on an act to seem frivolous. If just naturally that way, well then, it's just natural with not much thought, so no seriousness.
