Do you think now is a good time to look for a new job? Or should I wait till Feb/march?

I just don't find a lot of ads in the paper. I am currently working and not desperate to find a new job.

If you are in a job, watch and apply for good opportunities, do not just quite your job and hope for another. Often it can take quite awhile before finding a new position and during the holiday session is one of the worst times to look, at least for most professions.
