i went to bed at three and am up at 7.30 ot a bangiung headache but cant get back to sleep
i have to go round to mums to help her out in a bit not looking forward to it couple of paracetomol ;heerre i come

I am a "Night Person", so I am usually in bed after 1:00AM on a normal day. I am actually pretty tired right now though. (It's 10:47PM)
The reason: I have no energy! My wife and I stopped on our way home because we saw a blood drive, so we donated!
I owe it to everyone who has ever done that. I was in a very bad accident when I was in the Navy in 1995. I have been through 15 operations since. I have NONE of my original blood! I did it as a "Thank You".
