After waking up, my face is very bloated and fat and very ugly the way it looked. I don't drink a lot of water everyday... I'm in morning school and I look very very ugly with my face bloated like that.

What's the reason of this happening?

What can I do to prevent that happening after i wake up?

How much salt did you eat? You can taste salt on things such as chips and pretzels, but it is actually put in just about every processed food.

Lunch meats, cheese, bacon, crackers, soups, canned sauces are all loaded with sodium.

Try looking at the sodium level on the back label of whatever it is you are going to eat. Try to get the lowest amount and don't add too much salt to your food.

Oh, yeah, almost forgot. Try sleeping with two pillows. If you keep your head slightly elevated when you sleep, less fluid will build up.

Do you eat a whole lot of salt? That might cause water retention. Cut back on salt and drink more water.

Another thought is: Do you put moisturizer or creams on your face before going to bed? That could be causing the puffiness.

too much salt and unhealthy food. Be healthy, excercise more, drink less, sleep more, dont worry
