I'm an older guy but I would have loved to have had a nice looking young woman like her were I her age. In fact, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have even approached her, figuring she's way out of my league.
Breaking a life-long habit of low self-esteem is difficult, but it can be done. She sounds like she's letting the negative comments of others affect the way she feels because they feed directly into how she feels about herself inside. She is basically saying to herself, "See, I am right, they don't like me so there is something wrong with me." It's a vicious, circular reasoning, self-feeding, cycle, but she can break it.
There are articles aplenty on the Web for boosting self-esteem. Basically it comes down to you are what you think, if you understand what I mean by that.
You may be too young to know of Norman Vincent Peale's "The Power of Positive Thinking" series. These articles look to be based on his writings.

She's much too young to go through like feeling bad about herself. Good luck.

Hmm. Here are some tips: 1) Grow your hair out longer. 2) Put some eye makeup on like mascara and eyeliner 3) Redefine your eyebrows. Fill them in by using a black eyebrow pencil.(or eyeliner) 4) Whiten your teeth (crest whitening strips are great) 5) Put some lip gloss on 6) Work out more often 7) Jazz up your wardrobe. When you're wearing a plain top - add a colorful tanktop underneath, add a necklace that stands out, add a shirt belt to it...etc, You get the idea. 8) Go shopping. Always makes me happier (: 9) Paint your nails. Having pretty nails looks like you take care of yourself and care what you look like. 10) Have confidence. Be sure to smile often, because studies have shown that people that smile often look approachable and look like a friendly person that you WANT to talk to. Smiles and positivity is contagious! Btw you're really pretty (: Hopefully these tips help.

People who comment like that are just shallow. Shes beautiful. It may just take a guy to love her and make her feel beautiful for her to truely be convienced.
Or she might just need a kick in the a$$.

she has a completely perfect face.
Who are those retards who make idiotic comments about her nose? Do they think they're somekind of paragon or something...
I think its those silly comments that's really puttin her down, and its not uncommon for someone to feel insecure about her own image. You need to help her understand that there's absolutely nothing wrong with her nose. her nose is fine, her eyes are beautiful, there's nothing for fairy godmother to fix.

She has really pretty eyes. A lot of girls feel that way, keep telling her she's beautiful, and have her think positive thoughts. Hopefully she will eventually give in and except herself for who she is.
