because i think it is, right along with Ergo Proxy.
but it's never acknowledged as anime, and in my opinion it is one of the better series i've seen, even if i did come in the middle of season 2.

also i want to get into the Bleach series, but i dont know what channel it's on. so if you know can i have it? also if you could clue me in on what's going on that'd be good too.

thanks! x

because of the big boobs and the panties flying everywhere
and adult swim is about to play bleach again and adult swim is latenight cartoon network, so i think jan. 5 starts bleach again but at ep 46 , so you might want to watch 1-46 on the internet and the best place to watch it is veoh, so yeah that's alot of info, i hope it helped :D

Anyone who really likes anime. That's all that is required for me to consider someone a "real" fan. I've been a serious fan for over 10 years now, and I used to have all kinds of criteria for what it takes to be a"real" fan. But over the years, I've realized that it doesn't matter if someone attends conventions or not, if they have a room full of anime goods or just one little keychain, or if they can recognize a seiyuu's voice or can't differentiate between them at all. I only watch subs, but if someone prefers dubs, that doesn't really make them any less of a fan. I've been a fan for over 10 years (since early 1997), but if someone just started watching it last year, that doesn't make me "more" of a fan. I've seen 300+ anime series and dozens of movies, but if someone only has a few under their belt, it doesn't make them any less of a fan. In the end, if you like it, you're a fan. At least in my eyes.

Well the bleach series is currently airing in Japan, but the earlier episodes are available as english dubbed in pretty much any store that has anime dvds. If you want the new episodes, you'd have to get used to everything being subbed, if your not already use to it. I download my episodes from any torrent site on the internet, mainly www.mininova.org If your as big an anime fan as the next, this is the easiest way to find either new or old anime.

I don't know what you mean by saying it isn't acknowledged as anime, do you mean it just isn't as popular and no one really discusses it?

Of course the show is a real anime, as stated already it was animated and produced in Japan and has common anime themes. Though, I admit that the show isn't very well known in American simply because it has not been aired on network television, I'm not sure it ever will be since it isn't really suitable for the target audience of some of the more popular series out at the moment.

Bleach is aired on Cartoon Network, check out their website for their schedule. And a website that is great for Bleach information is http://bleachworld.com/
