What's wrong with you, NOTHING! What's wrong with the rest of the world? They are crazy for leaving a lovely girl like you alone. Many are afraid to be alone, many are not. I hope you can find someone to be with you when you feel the need to be with someone.

Gorden Bennett you don't half go on. There's nothing wrong with you beyond being human which is eventually fatal in 100% of cases. The human animal is conditioned by hormones to be dissatisfied unless it is having sex, eating or distracted by children. Its nobodies fault its just the result of evolution. If it didn't work that way nobody would bother having kids and the species would be extinct. The one advantage that you have over every other animal is that you can know all this.

I think "scared" to be alone is a bit dramatic. Uncomfortable being alone sounds more like a few folks I know.
I love being alone, but thats me.I can only specualate that as an only child I just got used to it.
Are you afraid of being phsically alone as though there is bodily harm waiting in the wings, or it it just a feeling of not being socially connected?
Rejoice in your "me time".Once you lose that through working, socializing, and other obligations, then you might be afraid of being smothered instead. Not fun.

If you are looking for a severe psychopathology then nothing would explain it better than dependent personality disorder. However, it could be something not so bad, such as a phobia, a traumatic past event, depression. It is hard to tell just from one sentence but if you are deathly afraid to be by yourself then something is almost certainly wrong and seeking help would be a good idea.
