You can set those files to hidden, or protect. Just don't set to share

no i don't think so but you can save the file to a floppy disk or you can put it on a flash drive and delete the file you want to lock than when you want it back take the floppy or flash drive and put it in the computer and save it to your computer again

If more than 1 person is using the computer you can set it up so there are passwords and no one can go into your site.

You can always create a zip file with a password. Right click on your desktop > New > Zip (Archive) > Name the ZIP folder > Open it > File > Add Password. That's if you don't use WinRAR, WinZip, 7-Zip, or anything like that.
