I just got a 80GB PS3 less than a week ago. I been playing it for about 12 hours all together. It's a blast. But it got frozen in the heat of action. I don't know if is the game, the console itself or it happen to most of the PS3 owners. Can someone help me please.
Thanks.

The playstationn consoles have all had this freezing issue and overheating issue since the playstation 1!

Having played your PS3 for 12 hours may have contributed to its overheating and subsequently freezing. Try letting it rest until all components have cooled down. I'd say 4 to 6 hours at least.

When you reboot it to play again, only play for 2 hours at a tile tops and then turn it off and unplug its power source.

If freezing continues, call Sony and tell them about the freezing but do not mention you played it for 12 hours ! It's still under warranty so you may get a free replacement !
