it wud rily depend on the bpo company...
im hapi 2b a part of people support with excellent people and work culture..
no strict dress codes...
high compensation and benefits...
hahaha..
but i have to leave soon bcuz of personal reasons...

I feel sorry for you, always calling people from India trying to sell something worthless that nobody wants at unwanted times of the day. I feel sorry for you when you don't sell crap and you don't make money for that day, you suck!!

Yes, I do...I work for a Utility Company...and you are right...Benefits and compensation are great...dress code is easy....I love it....Weekends off
