Harass a woman day in and day out by insulting her looks, taste, dress, behavior, etc.

Even accidentally stops to stare at her only to realize it was that certain girl he harassed.

Harass her more and when she smiles it off, expects the girl to talk to him like a regular person?? And on top of that, gets sooo embarassed when she ignores him? Even though his harassment was much harsher than her simple ignoring.

What is psychologically wrong with men like this?

There isn't anything 'psychologically' wrong...you have described a 'man'.....emotionally immature with a 'dick problem'. Don't try to understand them..just know that you are always right and they will always be wrong...THAT'S LIFE! That 'harassment' is how the poor dears FLIRT.

He still thinks he's 17 and in high school. Men like that never grow up.

Besides the fact that most men can be dogs, some men just don't know how or when to back off. This is not necessarily a scientific answer, but in my experiences, it has happened.

I casually strolled into a McDonald's a while back and there was this guy behind the register who talked to me for about five minutes after taking my order. He seemed pretty nice, but he wasn't really my type, and I didn't patronize him.

A couple of days later, I went in an Eckerds to pick my cousin up. He comes in and stares at us for the longest time. "Oh my God, ya'll are so fine. Ya'll gotta be mixed."

My cousin says "yeah, I'm black and chinese. My cousin is black and native american."

And his whole expression just changed. He followed us around in the store for about 10 minutes. I kept my eyes on him, he could have been a psychopath, you know? Then this East Indian girl came in and he just dumped us. Strange, but I chalk it up to a learning experience.

Just sounds like he has issues. Maybe he just doesn't know how to speak, or that he is being degrading to women. If it is a coworker time to involve a supervisor. Good luck, not all guys are like that.

Psychologically, these people have control issues, it's a way of trying to dominate another through making them feel inferior, and yes, it is sick... bordering on psychotic...
