once a week is totally normal .... its realli not bad.... u should calm down... alot of guys do it like 2 times a day.... the only thing bad about it... is if ur masturbating to nut as soon as possible (whihc most men do) then ur training urself to nut fast when u have sex.... so thats not good... so try not to go so fast next time...but its realli not that big of a deal
