He can be ordered to pay you spousal support based on his income, but you can only collect social security income directly if you are divorced and only if you were married more than 10 years and are over the age of 62. See excerpt and link below.

The only way you can collect SS income is if he is diseased and you are still married. If you have children with him, than you would collect on them. If he is collecting SS due to retirement, you would have to divorce him to collect some type of alimony, which even if he isn't collecting ssi, as long as you have his children and he is working, you are entitled to alimony if you are divorced and if you aren't divorced, and you have his children, and they are under 18, you are entitled to child support. All you have to do is apply for help through the state and if there is an absentee parent, you must submit his info to the DA to collect child support. Bad news is, if you don't have his children and you do not divorce, you don't get anything.

If you are refering to social security income,, no, unless a judge says u can.. Hows that for an answer that leaves u with more questions.

Not unless you were married over 10 years and divorced. This must also be in your divorce decree. The money would not go directly to you; your ex would have send you checks.
