how do you reset the blinking oil light on a 93 honda accord?

have the oil changed or put in oil (to required amount) and take to local autostore, they (often free) can look up these things (like maintenance required) tell you the solution and you solve it and if it doesnt turn off they turn it off

Take one of the battery cables off the battery for at least 5 minutes. That should reset the computer.

Is it low on oil. How long has it been since your oil was changed. What is the oil pressure gauge read if you have one. It sounds like low on oil or need oil changed.
