Is it illegal to marry a first cousin in Oregon?

In the state of Oregon is is illegal to marry anyone related to you closer than first cousin.

I am pretty sure it is. It is also disgusting and if you had kids they would be all "DE DE DE" if you know what I'm saying.

I know someone who married her mother's cousin's son. They were able to do it legally here in Michigan, but the son's mother went to her doctor and asked if it would cause their children to have birth defects, and supposedly the doctor said no. I don't speak to these people anymore because there are over six billion people on this earth, and in my opinion there is no justification for marrying a relative. I just got too creeped out over it.

In most states it is illegal to marry anyone who is a first cousin or closer relation.
In some states it is legal to marry a first cousin under certain circumstances:
If the wife is age 55 or older and/or sterile (unable to bear children).
