There was a 10 month investigation and Janet Reno and the FBI were exonerated. The fire was started from inside the compound. The children should have been allowed to leave the compound but weren't.
The Davidians killed 4 FBI agents and wounded 16 when they came to the compound with a search warrant. Can you see these agents just turning their tails and leaving the scene after that? They were there for 51 days trying to get these people out of the compound. What would this have to do with Hillary?

If we take your examples of everything that happened during the Clinton's administration as being Clinton's fault, then that would mean that 9/11 fall directly on the shoulders of Bush. As far as Waco is concerned....I blame David Koresh and the parents of those children for their death because they are the ones directly responsible.
