I have a forum that a lot of people are members of. Recently two of my members decided to 'go out' over the internet. I don't know how exactly they planned to be boyfriend and girlfriend online, but whatever. Anyway, the boy began talking to one of the girl's friends. And he told her he didn't like the girl, and threatened to kill the girl's friend if she told anyone. Her friend told her anyway. And, now that she knew he was a dick, she broke up with him.
Then he got angry and started swearing and threatening to kill her and her friends. And threatened to kill himself if no one went out with him. Stupid hm?
But then things got nasty. There is a chatbox on my forum and he started spamming really bad. Like, swearing and threatening stuff. He is still threatening my friend and she's scared. I have his IP address and I was wondering if there was anything I could do to get him to stop emailing her and harassing people on my forum. (I blocked him on the forum but he can still use the chat.)

Update: Yeah so apparantly the dick has e-mailed my friend and said that if she didn't go back out with him he would get back on the forum and spam and harass all the members.

Phone your local police station and ask them. Your online guy sounds insane.
