Yes, I know that "I'm too young" and need to attend college first, but I've been working on about 5-6 problems at a time in the Kaplan’s LSAT study guide. It takes me about six minutes to figure some problems out in the Reading Comprehension; they are no where near easy as the SAT problems. I’m slightly concerned about this, but know that I am still in high school and have time to improve. Does anyone know where I can find some good practice problems on the internet/ or give me some tips?

Thanks

Well. I am studying for the LSAT's so that should give some of you the hint that I want to go to law school.

My only tips are for if you don't know the answer to a question. DO NOT leave it blank, or your WILL get it wrong! Take a stab at it, and here's how:

Read the question well. Underline or circle key words or facts or numbers needed in your calculations; draw a line thru superfluous (look it up) information.

Rule out obviously wrong answers from the choices given. This narrows down your odds of getting a correct answer if you simply have to guess.

Sometimes the correct answer will "look" different from the other 3. Maybe it's the only one w/ a negative number as an answer; maybe it's the only one with a two-word answer. Just keep that in mind.

After doing all the above, if nothing comes to you, pick B.

Read the questions carefully. They tend to mislead you with its wording. Don't just browse the question if you have time. That's the only personal experience I can tell you.

Honestly, your best bet is to study your hardest for the SAT or ACT test. Getting into a better school will help you get into a better law school. You'll find that your mental abilities will be stretched as you go through college. Many universities also offer prep courses for the gmat, gre, lsat, etc.

Also, it's really true that most people don't actually end up graduating in the same course of study that they start in. College courses allow you to explore areas that high school doesn't even touch on. Don't put your eggs all in one basket -- law schools recruit from a variety majors so you can always be open to it later.

I used to freak out about that sort of thing too, but really, just enjoy the moments that you're in now. There's time to worry about those things later.

Get my word coach for the DS, it will vastly improve your vocabulary even if you are already an polyglot. I have it, i wish i had it for the SATs and ACTs, would have most likely scored even higher. And also brain age 1 and 2 for the DS, I know they are video games but they do work and you wont tire of them, even after 6 hours a day for weeks on end.

Don't stress out about it sooo much. Yes, u are young...please don't put so much pressure on yourself...u have all of your adult life to be pressured. However, if u insist, maybe there is a LSAT For Dummies book in your local bookstore or online.

Wow... kid you really are wasting your time. Unless you get a 2300 plus on the SAT or higher, there should be absolutly no reason for you to be studying for the LSAT's. You don't even know if you want a law degree. In fact you don't even know if you're getting into a good college. Kid stop wasting your time. I know it is good to get a head start but this is just silly and unproductive.
