He has a job and house, yet he is very immature and naive. He also continually fails boating school.

He strikes me as a frat-boy. He just seems to be that unemployed, lovable loser.
Squidward: Mid-30s
Very mature and artsy. Hates working at a fast-food joint, wishes he did better in college.
