Are there any restrictions on travel by train across Europe at the age of 17 - France, Belgium, Germany, Poland, Belarus, Russia (including obtaining visas for the last two)?
This would be by Eurostar (London to Brussels), Thalys (Brussels to Cologne), and a Russian Railways sleeper train (Cologne to Moscow).

Start with obtaining the visas for Belarus and Russia.
I do not know what restrictions they have, and make sure you have permission from both your parents/guardians.

For the trains I see no problems. Kids 12 or even younger travel on the trains alone. But again, proof of parental permission might be needed when there is a check which involves passports, like when you enter the train in London.
