We're talking more so physical, and a tad bit emotional. Not too emotional though (I don't want to be the one with the balls in the relationship).

According to everything I have ever read on the subject, a more feminine man gives off vibes that he will stick around to help raise the children and will be considerate and giving towards the children.

It has been proven that a Woman's taste in a partner varies with her hormonal cycle...

When she is ovulating she tends towards "Manley Men" with lots of testosterone but once she is no longer ovulating she will focus on more feminine men.

There was a damn good Discovery Health Show about this...
I'm sorry that I can't remember what it is called!

Because feminine and masculine traits are only what society labels. So called feminine traits include caring, sensitive, good listener so really that isn't a feminine trait, just a trait of a good person. Who wouldn't want that?

Perhaps you are more masculine, and you want to be the one in control so you are attracted to the sort of men who enjoy playing a certain role.

"Feminine traits" as in nurturing their children, being able to cook a decent meal, being non-violent, reading books, finding Budweiser to be god-awful swill and believing Jean Claude Van Damme movies to be utterly boring and mindless?

If so, then I, too, have a man with "feminine" traits.

But he doesn't wear lip gloss or anything.

Some women find men intimidating.
The feel like men with feminine traits are more comfortable to be around, like one of the girls. He's easier to be around, to open up to, and to trust.

Why would a woman be attracted to women with masculine traits? The heart wants what the heart wants, as weird as that may be sometimes.
