You can put a dash cover for as low as $40.00 there is many available for most cars and trucks. As doing a bondo job on your dash i dont think it would last long for all the trouble you woul get into

Try the fiber glass,bondo which is a body filler' brand,try the fiber glass,that will make the trick.
