how do you put words on your picture

like the girl above said....you can just go to lunapic.com. Upload the pic. Go to "text" and theres hundreds you can use. Type what ever you want put it where ever you want on the pic and push apply. Then save.

go to lunapic.com and upload pic and click on draw an then
text tools.

Use whatever image editing software you have! Paint, Gimp, etc. If you want a fancy illustration, then you may look for advanced programs or advanced methods. An advanced program can be Photoshop, ImageMixer, etc. An advanced method can be inserting your picture in Word, adding a title with a WordArt or something and then taking a Screen Picture (Press Prt Sc) and then pasting it in Paint (Control+V) and saving the picture in the format you want! (jpg, jpeg, gif, png, bmp, etc)
If you are using another operating system such as Mac OS X or Linux, then this won't work. (there is a Microsoft Office available for Macintosh)
