Color must be a matter of incomplete dominance.
RR = red
WW = white
RW = pink

Height must be a matter of simple Mendelian dominance
T = tall (tall plants are either TT or Tt)
t = short (short plants are tt)

F1 cross: TtRr x TtRr
Four kinds of gametes from each parent: TR, Tr, tR, tr.
Put four of the gametes across the top of the Punnett square.
Put four of the gametes down the side of the Punnett square.
The Punnett square is 4x4 with 16 squares.

When you get the phenotype ratio, you will have a combination of the height (3 tall: 1 short) and the color (1 red: 2 pink: 1 white). So the phenotype ratio overall will be:

3 tall, red:
6 tall, pink:
3 tall, white:
1 short, red:
2 short, pink;
1 short, white

Also assuming the genes are not linked, you need to draw a punnet square (which I can't represent here). Recognizing that the (T) genotype is dominant, and the (R/r) genes are co-dominant, you can estimate the phenotypes for a TtRr cross.

Also recognizing it is a Dihybrid Cross (TtRr) the ratios will always be the same:

Phenotype will always be 9 : 3 : 3 : 1
Genotype will always be 1 : 2 : 1 : 2 : 4 : 2 : 1 : 2 : 1

Since one of the types is codominant, you will probably want to use the genotype ratio:

So there are 3 Tall red flowers ( TTRR, TtRR)
