Art History is not a very marketable major. I know one person who got a degree in Art History & then went to NYU for a master's in Arts Administration. She then got a job with the National Endowment for the arts, then worked for Harvard's museum for a while. Last I heard she was managing the private art collection of a large corporation.

I suspect that she was one of the lucky ones.

Beyond getting those kinds of dream jobs, an Art History degree prepares you for any job that requires a general college degree. Or you could just go to law school or business school to get a practical education.
