Right before and during the first few days of my period, I have really bad cramps in my legs. What can I do besides popping tons of ibuprofen to help ease the pain?

Try taking a potassium supplement and make sure you are drinking plenty of water

I'm a guy so I don't have PMS but I do get terrible leg cramps. I have been taking Magnesium supplements and the cramps are gone. My friend who also used to get leg cramps suggested Magnesium because it helped him.

I get those too, geez they hurt and ache. Usually put a heating pad or hot water bottle on them and elevate them. I would try taking PMS medication, it's formulated for that time of the month and it better than Ibuprofen.
