get a cookie hair style...wear an aline dress with pointy toed high heels no stockings
have a sexy belt and wear red lipstick and dont forget earrings

flats( work it girl)- They make me think Im a model... kinda wierd i know
accessories ( every girlneeds to own black and red bangles and different color hoop earrings)
skinny jeans (they are in style)
beaded necklaces(gotta have)
lipgloss( shinny lips yum)
mascara(this is a must)
hair straightener( who doesnt like a girl with straight long hair)
oversized glasses(cuteeeeeeeee)
personality( you have to be cofident and cofidence is shwn by the way you dress)
get your nails done (ouch I just broke a nail)

forever 21, claires, tiffanys, juicy couture, abercrombie, hollister, delias.
dress in all bright colors no blacks/browns/grays. if you wear white, put a brightly colored tank under it.
layer a lot of colorful tank tops and wear short shorts and denim skirts.
wear things with playful necklines, empire waists, and that accent yours curves.
always wear jewelry, even if its just a small necklace or charm braclet, put some large pieces on if the outfit is plain, but DONT overload.
delias and claires are ecpecialy good places to shop.
