Separate entities...
'Thought'... choice
'Emotion'...

If you think bad things, then you can shake if off
if you think of good things you can let it stay

If you feel bad you gotta fight it
If you feel good you can let it stay

see the similarities and difference?

The "theodian complex' is a critical element in my personal philosophy and is intended to explore the details of rationalities efffect on emotion and visa versa, in addition the delay to which one experiences in knowing the other and waiting for the responce.

Neither is realer than the other without first the knowledge of truth and to perue either is a flip of the coin credibility until truth is prooven with the either.

Actually Thought & Emotions run hand in hand. Quoting from a book i'm reading about emotions: Have you ever noticed that when you're emotional you have certain thoughts associated with each emotion.
But to answer your question i think Emotions are more real than thoughts. The name of the book i'm reading is: Don't Let your Emotions Run Your Life by Scott E. Spradlin MA. It's a very interesting book and it comes with worksheets!

Real can be anything. Emotions are different for everyone. The thing with emotion and thought is that they're both under the same category. Rene Descartes called this group "thought". The other was "extension". Unlike extension, thought takes up no space and cannot be divided; not even halved. You can never truly know if another person feels the same as you. You can't just pluck emotions and thoughts out of you and share it with someone. You will just never know. The only way we can explain our emotions is through words such as happy, sad, and etc. How can anyone know what you're talking about if they don't have prior understanding of the word. Don't get me wrong. They could've experienced what you've experienced but they wouldn't know what to call it. How can a mere word justify how a person feels? We're human bodies. We're filled with feelings.

I want to go more in depth about reality. If you've ever had a lucid dream or any other type of deep dream, you've probably been able to recall memories as well as feelings so much more easily than if you were to conciously. Lost memories can be found through dreams. There is just so much more reality in the world of ideas that I see.

So to answer your question. I believe that both are just as real.
