I just saw the news and they were paying tribute to actors and actresses and then just lumped all the dead soldiers in to a number. I personally care more about our dead soldiers than any actor or actress or former presidents wife.

Well, no. That network would only be on the air during times of war or other conflicts.

This could be funded by the friends, and family of the soldiers as well as people who want to donate. I'm willing to bet that would be enough to fund a network such as this during war time. Advertising might also contribute. This would be an OK idea but who would watch a network devoted to those who have passed in the war. I would probably watch it for a day as I'm betting most people would. This would just bring too much heart ache to those who have lost loved ones. I'm sure it would be a good idea for a day or a week or periodically.

Ted Turner is the logical person as he tends to buy up a lot of air time.
