What's the best software for old car restoration? I'm looking for something that is good for more than time, budget, and materials planning. Maybe something that will conceptualize what things like different grills, and rims would look like. Is there something like that?

Never have seen anything like that but it's a great idea. You might look in Hemmings, or if you don't find it , make it. You could get rich.
