Before a day starts make a list of everything you want to do and do it. It doesn't have to be much, but as long as you force yourself to do it, you'll be fine, then it'll become habit. Also keep in mind that settling into a subject takes a certain amount of time, so don't try to do too many things in a day. And of course, make sure there is time to just sit back and relax, it is so much sweeter after working hard.

We all need motivation and procrastinate at one time or another. But to help move me along when I'm lagging, I remind myself of a single second. A single second seems so meaningless, until you start to adding them up. Then you realize that you've wasted them and they're never coming back.
That's when I try to get something accomplished to make up for the time that I've wasted. I start to think that those few precious second that I've shaved off of the end of my life doing nothing. Because I know that I won't be here forever. And I never know when my time will end. Will I die today or will I die another 50 years from now? I don't know, so I won't waste it.
So live your life while you have it. We're only here but for a very, very short time.

build your confidence in u and what ever u want in life. i know your lazy, but there is no excuse, to be honest i'm lazy too, so we both have to work on it. u can't always think if u wait for something to come than to react, because it not always going to be that way, learn to make action, learn to get up and be a doer.

Watching TV or browsing internet does spend some time.
Nevertheless, you need to go out to buy your daily supply.
The nature demand would cause you to do something; eventually, you would think more and desire more intellectually.
There was an old story: a monkey got an apple on its hands; but it saw a melon in next tree, then it leave the apple and got that melon etc. At the end it has nothing on its hand. ( a mouth full)

I can relate. For me, its the thoughts that go through my mind like... i would love a house, car, swimming pool in the back yard, name brand clothes, range rover. I had to stop fantasizing the things i wanted. these are my desires. This year i really recognize that no one will treat me better than i treat myself. No matter how much of denial i was in it finally hit me in the head. i am lazy too. The only way I'm going to get anything is to get it myself. Another thing about me is i never ask anyone for anything. cause i hate to be disappointed mislead or to have something thrown back in my face. So I've decided to never ask. I have to gt what i want cause no one is going to give it to me and if they do its too good to be true.
I have plenty of successful associates who are very well off. I do enjoy their success with them. But its theirs no matter how i look at it. Same thing with women who date rich men when he leaves you you are right back where you started. ( and time don't wait) so I've wasted my time having fun now and stuff but in the long run it doesn't pay off unless its in my name, or i own it.

Find things to do that are of interest to you, where you can meet people with similar interests. It's the best way to cure boredom and lack of interest.
