I know there is a huge market for used toilet papers, I just dont know where is it.

The market is for celebrity wipes.
If you found a piece of toilet paper that a famous celebrity used,
You could sell it for millions on e-bay.

You'll get out of business like that.. Maybe if you would say RECYCLED toilet paper, it would sound a lot better and maybe, just maybe would you have two buyers.
