I mean, I know hat yahoo gives you so many violations ( also depending on severity as well) but do they give every one a clean slate with the New Year and all?

It's more likely that they'll "suspend" everyone's accounts for the new year....to give us a fresh start, of course, because they care so much, you know

I did not know this before. According to "the Boss", the YA! is on fiscal year basis (FY2007: July1,2007 - June 30, 2008). If they gave you violations between 7/1/07 to 12/31/07, your violations will still be there until you struggle through until the end of 6/30/2008. After that, they will give you a fresh start for Fiscal Year 2008. So, Be good now!

I think their fiscal year is July 1 - June 30, so you have another 6 months to go.
