How to get money from a business?

Question

I am trying to work with a manufacturer outside of the States with a organization in the States (not a offshore outsourced one:)

I am trying to make some commision off it. Do i have to be a licensed trade agent to get the money? or I could use my EIN number and a bank account?

I don't know if you need a license to do the work. I do know a license is useless as far as moving money is concerned.
