I have a friend n she's overweight, and she wears super tight clothes to church, so ppl in my congregation told me to help her out, they said they would give me a budget to buy her a decent outfit for this concert we're having.
What sites have clothes for plus size teens? Dress clothes, but that still look "sexy".

definately torrid is a great store, perhaps macys in the womens department.
lane bryant is ideal, but probably not for 18 year olds primarily.
ross, wierdly enough, you can find some great stuff in there for a really good price
so check those stores out, you might be able to find something

If a group of people from my church told me that my clothes were not good enough and that I would be accepted by them if I wore the clothes they bought for me, I would ask them to show me where in the canonical Bible Jesus said that he would accept somebody if s/he dressed a certain way, or did x, y, and/or z. Then I would walk out and find another church.

Well she can go to the Macy Woman section in Macys. She can also go to Torrid as well as Ashley Stewart and Ross, if those stores are in her area. she can go to oldnavy.com for plus size clothes, because they no longer offer plus sizes in the stores.

torrid is a good plus size store.. i'm not sure about their website but it's probably something like torrid.com. also, forever 21 is great on a budget and they come in all sizes. good luck=]
