I like high heels, but I wear flats more often because of work and such.

I am obsessed with high heels and I wear them "a lot". I know they are not the best for my feet - but I have gotten so accustomed to them they are second nature. I do love the feel of flats as well... so probably a mix of both, but mostly heels !

i like the two, yet heels are great female and supply extra suited posture and longer legs. Stilettos are trashy, yet an incredible thick heel or pump will make any female look state-of-the-paintings!

Depends on what I'm wearing.
If for example I wear jeans or a skirt, flats.
If for example I wear a dress, heals.

flats are comfortable and if theres nothing too fancy or formal going on, i like to wear them. however, if its a big event or i want to look really good i wear heels.
beauty hurts :P
